All project calculations and studies at Garner Fritsche Engineering are reviewed from a practical vantage point to prove the results make sense. The resulting design is then functionally confirmed by our commissioning team.  We have the experience of past projects varying from new construction to complicated renovations in existing facilities. Because it is critical to understand the facility conditions, we visit the sites and become intimately familiar with the existing systems. Utilizing existing drawings and/or interviewing key facility personnel is a top priority in our effort to better understand the existing conditions and your needs. In the end, after commissioning has been completed, the owner takes over a project that functions as designed. Our Principals remain involved throughout the entire project process and remain in constant contact with the client to make sure all expectations are met, or exceeded.
