14,000 SF renovation of space for construction of new Burn Unit ICU in the John Sealy Hospital Tower. Estimated Completion 2010.
UTMB Café on the Court Ike Repairs – Galveston, TX
9,250 SF renovation of space adjacent to the John Sealy Hospital. The renovations are due to damage suffered as a result of Hurricane Ike.
UTMB MEP Radio Pharmacy Study – Galveston, TX
GFE was Prime Professional, retaining services of an architect to study the required infrastructure and associated upgrades required to bring Pharmacy into USP 797 Conformance.
UTMB MEP Radio Pharmacy Construction Documents – Galveston, TX
1,200 SF renovation of the Clinical Sciences Building. Project requirements allowed for “swing space” design to allow the pharmacy to stay in operation throughout the project.
UTMB Women’s Obstetrics Phase 1-4 – Galveston, TX
28,000 SF renovation for the Obstetrics Department. Project was staged over 4 phases of renovation in 2 buildings.
