Project Scope:
A 180,000 square foot, nine story office building (circa 1962 original construction) stripped of its exterior skin and re-clad, with interiors taken down to the bare structure and reconstructed to modern standards. New state of the art HVAC, plumbing and electrical (including new emergency generator) systems were designed and installed to replace the original systems. Upon completion of the initial re-construction of the building in 2005, GF provided the MEP engineering for a majority of the interior tenant lease improvements, completing the last of them in 2008.
