Project Scope:
New, single story 12,000 square foot facility with a dedicated mechanical equipment mezzanine.  The Commissioning for the facility qualified the building for LEED certification. Equipment under the commissioning scope were air-handling units, energy recovery unit, condensing units, exhaust fans, lighting (site and internal), and electrical distribution.
