Project Scope:
Complete renovation of the 10 story building totaling 225,000 SF of multi-use tenant space. Equipment commissioned included CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units, pre-functional testing of exhaust fans and sample functional verification of VAV (variable air volume) boxes. Also Lighting System controls and Domestic Water Heating systems were commissioned. This project is under review to become LEED Certified.
