Project Scope:
Project consisted of 5-floors, totaling 85,000 SF. Space usage consisted of offices, and a mission critical computer room. The equipment under the commissioning scope for this project included CRAC (Computer Room Air-Conditioning) units, testing of exhaust fans and sample functional verification of VAV (variable air volume) boxes. Lighting system controls were also commissioned. This project is Certified LEED CI Silver.
