Representative Government Experience

Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center – Houston, TX
Renovation of approximately 5,000 SF for Cath Lab Suite, approximately 6,000 SF for Polytrauma Suite, and 1,400 SF for installation of Cyber Knife equipment.

Cath Lab, Area 3G, 3H – Houston, TX
10,000 SF Renovation of space on Level 3 Area G/H of Building 100 to accommodate a new Cath Lab, Bronchoscopy suite and associated waiting areas/circulation.

Cyber Knife Renovation – Houston, TX
2000 SF Renovation of existing Linear Accelerator Vault in Basement Level area K of Building 100 for the replacement of an existing Linear Accelerator with an Accuray Cyberknife.

Polytrauma Center, Area 2E, 2J – Houston, TX
10,000 SF Renovation of space on Level 2 Area E of Building 100 for a new Polytrauma suite. The programmed space included an Occupational Therapy unit, Hydro Tub area, Central Waiting and large Conference Area.

Nuc Med/Eye Clinic – Houston, TX
22,000 SF Renovation of space on Level 1 Area H, and Level 2 Area H of Building 100 on the VAMC campus. The renovation included the relocation of Nuclear Medicine from the first floor and consolidating it with other diagnostic functions on the second floor. Additionally, the project included the expansion of the Eye Clinic on the first floor into the adjacent space vacated by Nuclear Medicine.
