CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline Hospital – Corpus Christi, Texas
This project included replacing the existing 44,000 cfm unit in the basement with a new unit in a new mechanical room directly above the existing to minimize down time. All existing VAV boxes serving the 3 patient floors served by AHU-90 were also replaced. Design included architectural and structural engineering services under the GF contract.

70,000 SF new hospital. This 3-story hospital includes approximately 70 patient beds, dietary, radiology, and other support spaces.

Phase 1: Approximately 8,000 SF of renovations and build-out of existing space for a Cardio Vascular Operating Room (CVOR), Post Anesthesia Care recovery Unit (PACU), renovations to several other OR’s, and renovations to recovery and support space for the suite.

This single building was constructed partly as “B” occupancy for office spaces and partly as an “I” occupancy for the ASC portion of the project.

Renovation of approximately 5,000 SF for Cath Lab Suite, approximately 6,000 SF for Polytrauma Suite, and 1,400 SF for installation of Cyber Knife equipment.
MD Anderson Cancer Center, Oncology Center Renovation – Nassau Bay, TX
Renovation and expansion to approximately 23,000 SF in the facility for upgrades and in planning for a second linear accelerator. MEP drawings were produced on 3D using AutoCad 2009 Revit software.

Approximately 15,000 SF of renovation throughout various areas of the Hospital for Pharmacy upgrades, Pediatric Suite upgrades, Emergency Department upgrades, and various other department upgrades.
