70,000 SF new hospital. This 3-story hospital includes approximately 70 patient beds, dietary, radiology, and other support spaces.

Brazosport Hospital – Lake Jackson, TX
Phase 1: Approximately 8,000 SF of renovations and build-out of existing space for a Cardio Vascular Operating Room (CVOR), Post Anesthesia Care recovery Unit (PACU), renovations to several other OR’s, and renovations to recovery and support space for the suite.

St. Joseph Regional Health Center – Bryan, TX
Neurosurgical/Orthopedic O.R. expansion and renovation, Construction of two new Neurosurgical O.R.’s and enlargement of two existing Orthopedic O.R.’s.

Clinical Laboratory Renovation, MRI Renovation/Expansion, Medical Office Building Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Labor, Delivery, Recovery Unit Renovation.

Soldier’s Field Ambulatory Surgical Center – Houston, TX
Construction of approximately 7,000 SF ambulatory surgery center (ASC) space for a local plastic surgeon. Build-out included 2 OR’s, recovery and other support space. This single building was constructed partly as “B” occupancy for office spaces and partly as an “I” occupancy for the ASC portion of the project.

Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center – Houston, TX
Renovation of approximately 5,000 SF for Cath Lab Suite, approximately 6,000 SF for Polytrauma Suite, and 1,400 SF for installation of Cyber Knife equipment.

MD Anderson Cancer Center, Oncology Center Renovation – Nassau Bay, TX
Renovation and expansion to approximately 23,000 SF in the facility for upgrades and in planning for a second linear accelerator. MEP drawings were produced on 3D using AutoCad 2009 Revit software.

Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital – Humble, TX
Multiple fast track owner direct renovation projects throughout the 400,000 square foot facility.

Memorial Hermann, Memorial City POB 5 – Houston, TX
75,000 SF tenant improvement including suites for approximately 10 doctors on Levels 21, 23, and 24 in the new tower.

Memorial Hermann, Memorial City POB 3 – Houston, TX
7,000 SF Orthopedic Suite tenant improvement.

Cy-Fair Cancer Center
11,500 SF, single story cancer treatment center including linear accelerator, CT scanner, procedure room, six bed infusion ward, exam rooms and staff areas, with expansion capacity for an additional linear accelerator vault and 5,000 square feet of office and treatment areas.

Memorial Hermann Woodlands Hospital – The Woodlands, TX
Approximately 15,000 SF of renovation throughout various areas of the Hospital for Pharmacy upgrades, Pediatric Suite upgrades, Emergency Department upgrades, and various other department upgrades.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, O’Quinn Medical Tower – Houston, TX
Approximately 20,000 SF of tenant improvements including suites for approximately 8 doctors throughout the Tower.

University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston, TX
17,000 SF build-out in Pearland facility for new Women’s and Children’s clinic.

UTMB Burn Unit ICU- Galveston, TX
14,000 SF renovation of space for construction of new Burn Unit ICU in the John Sealy Hospital Tower. Estimated Completion 2010.

UTMB Café on the Court Ike Repairs – Galveston, TX
9,250 SF renovation of space adjacent to the John Sealy Hospital. The renovations are due to damage suffered as a result of Hurricane Ike.

UTMB Women’s Obstetrics Phase 1-4 – Galveston, TX
28,000 SF renovation for the Obstetrics Department. Project was staged over 4 phases of renovation in 2 buildings.

UTMB Women’s LDRP Renovation – Galveston, TX
10,000 SF renovation in the Waverly Smith Pavilion for the Women’s LDRP Suite. Completed in 2006

UTMB Pearland Clinic- Pearland, TX
17,000 SF build out for Maternal and Child Health Clinic. Completed in 2008
