Project Scope:
Owner Direct Project
70,000 SF of professional office building renovation and build-out for specialty doctors and clinics. This project consists of 20 different tenants leasing 3 total floors in the multi-story facility. The GF team worked directly with the owner and tenants throughout the design and planning stage of each lease and then provided construction administration services to assist with verification of compliance with the contract documents and maintained the schedule.
