Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza – Level 17 Sports Medicine Institute

Project Scope:
Complete build out of 21,000 SF of shell space for a Sports Medicine Clinic. The Clinic consists of nurse stations, exam rooms, staff support spaces, administrative areas and associated waiting areas. The project also included the addition of a two room X-Ray suite. The space was designed to be shared by Memorial Hermann and The University of Texas. Associated cabling/infrastructure was split between the MHHS and UT IDF’s accordingly.
