University of Texas Medical Branch – John Sealy Hospital Burn Intensive Care Unit

Project Scope:
Complete renovation of 17,000 SF of existing hospital space for a Burn Intensive Care Unit. The BICU consists of inpatient ICU rooms, inpatient tub rooms, outpatient exam/patient rooms, outpatient tub rooms, nurse stations, several waiting rooms, conference rooms and associated support spaces.
